A German residence permit is legitimate for a specific timeframe and is given for a specific inspiration:
- The residence for instructive purposes
- Residence with the end goal of financial action
- It’s residence under worldwide regulation or on compassionate grounds
- Residence for family reasons
Extra arrangements (for example regardless of whether the inhabitant is permitted to work) are put away on the chip. Since 1 September 2011, the residence permit is given as ID-1 (Mastercard size) plastic cards with an implanted RFID chip. It is cover with multicolor guillochés and seems pink-blue from the distance.
All data on it is given distinctly in German (with the exception of the English words residence permit). The residence permit contains an RFID chip. The chip stores the data given on the report (like name or date of birth), the holder’s image with signature.
